Enter patient vitals for each and every visit. Click on the New Vitals button on the toolbar or select from the Edit drop down menu. The date will be pre-filled with today's date, along with the height, last known menstral period (LNMP) and last pap smear (Last PAP) from the patient's previous vital record. Any or all of the information can be changed prior to clicking the Save button. If the patient is male, LNMP and Last PAP will not be visible. If you realize a mistake was made after saving the entry, you can edit the entry by going to the patient's History tab, selecting the appropriate vitals record and selecting edit from the pop-up menu. Access the pop-up menu by clicking the right mouse button or clicking on the word Vitals (you will notice the cursor will change to a hand when over Vitals and a hint at the bottom of the screen will prompt you to click for menu).
