Scanning allows you to eliminate all those paper charts, filing cabinets and the never ending battle of trying to locate that one folder. You can scan any an all paper documents related to a patient (insurance cards, lab results, etc.). The scanning capabilities of this program accommodate not only a single document scan, but also do multiple documents/pages for a single patient providing you have a scanner that supports Auto Document Feed (ADF). Once the document is scanned, it is entered onto the patients Scanned tab. These scanned documents can be categorized into the groups you have defined (see System Info).
