Patient Alert is for recording some important information that you want each and every person in your office to see when accessing the patient record. When you select a patient with an alert, you will see the window below. You will need to close the window (click the red X) before continuing.
To maintain (add, edit or delete) a patient alert, go the patient record and then select the patient alert button on the toolbar or select patient alert from the Edit drop down menu. The following window will appear that will allow you to enter or edit a message. If you wish to cancel an alert (i.e. patient is no longer has a balance oweing), click the delete button.
