The Meds tab shows two lists (sorted with the most recent date at the top) of the patient's current medications (top grid) and a history of medications prescribed by this office. You can add or edit Rx Current by clicking on the title Rx Current and select an option from the pop-up menu or right-clicking on one of the line items. The only time you would need to add or edit Rx Current directly is to record medications prescribed by another physician outside your office because when you prescribe a medication via eMedCharts, it will automatically be added to Rx History and Rx Current.
