This History tab shows all previously recorded vtials, pregnancy info (Gravida), Allergies, Social History, Family History and Medical History. You can maintain any of the information by clicking on their titles and select an option from the pop-up menu (Add, Edit, Delete, Print List, etc.). You can also display the pop-up menu by right-clicking on one of the line items within any of the grids. With Vitals, you can click on the New Vitals button on the toolbar or from the drop down Edit menu no matter what tab you currently have displayed.
