Below is the screen you will see just prior to faxing a document (cover letter or prescription). The example below is a prescription (the light gray lines define the area, but will not print). At this point you have the option to fax or print. Choosing the Fax Pool button will send the file to a temporary loction defined on your System Info screen and make an entry into the fax pool table. Periodically the computer you have defined as your Fax Server on the System Info screen will check this table to see if any one on your eMedCharts system has requested a fax. If so, this Fax Server will read the table, retrieve the file and fax it (via WinFax software) to the number requested and when complete, delete the temporary file and remove the entry in the table.
