The Exams tab gives a list of all previous visits/exams for the selected patient. When an exam is first created, the Diagnosis column displays the name of the template the exam is based upon, when a CPT code is applied to the exam, the diagnosis column then displays the CPT code along with it's description. The dark green line indicates the currently selected exam and those with light gray text indicate exams that have been finaled (cannot be edited, but addendums can be added).
