The Exam screen is where the bulk of the work is done. The exam is created based upon a template which prompts the provider for information that needs to be entered for a particular type of visit. The lists on the right can be turned on and off from toobar buttons. These lists allow you to add images, insert macro text and addtional field codes that were not part of the template. The spots in the exam denoted by [] are where enteries should be made and you can move to the next set by pressing the F5 key. As you can see, there are all the standard word processing functions, including spell check.
