Record basic information with regard to your office staff; address, phone numbers, etc. The login field is what they will use to logon to eMedCharts. The ID field represents the ProviderID in the Provider table (i.e. this links the office staff to their Provider record if, in fact, they are one of the providers in the office). The security button will take you to another screen where you can identify the tasks this user can perform.
